2-Day means 2 business days, and Overnight means next business day. Place your expedited order by 3 PM EST Monday thru Friday and it will ship same day. If you place your expedited order after 3 PM EST it will ship the next business day.
Economy orders can take 1-3 days to ship. Orders may be subject to verification which may result in delayed shipping. Sorry for all the boring details.
We use Surepost or Smartpost for all domestic orders where US Post is selected. Your order will still be delivered by USPS, but can be tracked by the carrier. So sorry, but we CANNOT ship internationally. Please don't hate us.
While we can ship packages to Alaska and Hawaii with Expedited shipping methods (2-Day, 1-Day) they are not always guaranteed by based on the final destination and there could be a delay of 1 business day.
In order to protect our customers, Moosejaw reserves the right to ship packages signature required. The carrier may require a signature even if we request otherwise. For example, if you live in an apartment without a doorman. If this is a concern, be sure to deliver to an address where someone will be around to sign.

Q. If I buy something and it doesn't fit, can I return it?
A. As long as an item is in sellable condition (No stains or signs of wash or wear), it can be returned.
Q. How long do I have to return something?
A. Items can be returned at any time as long as they are still in sellable condition. There is no time limit.
Q. What does "sellable condition" mean?
A. "Sellable condition" means that the item should be unworn (aside from trying it on), unwashed, and devoid of any stains, scuffs, tears, or mysterious smells. So basically you haven't let your Golden Retriever try on your fleece jacket or rolled down a hill while inside your sleeping bag.
Q. Can everything be returned?
A. Climbing equipment, gift cards, food, and other items marked "final sale" cannot be returned. If this is the case, it will say so at the end of the product description
Q. If my grandma cut the price tags off my jacket, can I still return it?
A. You can, as long as the item is in sellable condition. If you still have the tags, please include them with your return.
Q. Do I need an RMA number?
A. Nope, just include a packing slip, email confirmation, or note with order number.

A. In the event you receive the wrong product or what you receive is defective, we're happy to cover the cost of return shipping. For all other returns and exchanges, you are responsible for shipping costs. A trackable shipping method is required.
